The online store is always open. Please place your online order and it will be filled and delivered to the division of your choice or mailed to your home.

Middle and Upper School Spartan Shop FAQ's

List of 8 items.

  • How do I set up or refill an account?

Visit the Spartan Shop site. In the “Shop” dropdown, choose (or click “+” if on a mobile device) “Student Account.” Once on the “Set Up Student Account or Refill” page, choose how much you would like to add to your child’s account from the amount dropdown field. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. Make sure you choose “Campus Delivery,” so there is no shipping charge. Please allow 24 hours for the money to be added to the account. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email, and your student will receive an email notifying them that funds have been added to their account.
  • How does my student access the account?

They simply come to the Spartan Shop, choose their items, bring them to the register, and let the staff know their name and that they want to use their account
  • Can I check the balance of my student’s account?

Our system doesn’t allow you to access balances online. However, the Spartan Shop staff can let your child know the balance at any time. You can also call the shop at (804)740-3394, ext. 3501, to ask about your child’s balance. Note that we cannot allow students to go into a negative balance.
  • Can I allow my student to charge directly to our main school account?

Spartan Shop accounts are not tied to your Steward business office account. Please note that the Spartan Shop account is a prepaid, declining balance.
  • What kinds of snacks can my student get in the shop? Can I put restrictions on their choices?

The Spartan Shop has nutritious choices as well as sweet treats; items include cheese sticks, protein bars, ice cream, and candy. We also have Lunchables, Uncrustables, Cup O Noodles, and yogurt. We do not monitor student selections, so please talk to your child if you have concerns about their choices.
  • Can my student purchase other things in the Spartan Shop with their account?

Yes! We often have students who need to grab a sweatshirt or sweatpants for a particularly chilly practice or who forgot their workout clothes. It’s not unusual for socks or a sports bra — or even a mouthguard — to be left at home, and we have those things on hand as well! In addition to our regular Steward-branded items, we keep a stock of affordable basic shorts, socks, sports bras, hair ties, etc., for student-athletes.
  • A Note About Allergies

Because the Spartan Shop is designated for our older students, we do have nut products in the store. There are signs to indicate “allergy alert” products, but if your child has allergies, please talk to them about making safe choices in the shop.
  • When is my student permitted to visit the Spartan Shop?

Spartan Shop hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. during the academic year. Middle School students may visit the Spartan Shop after school. Upper School students may visit during free periods and at other times during the day with teacher permission. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Spartan Shop student accounts.
