Congratulations to Cam Gregory ’22, a member of the Saint Francis University men's basketball team, who was named a Northeast Conference (NEC) Prime Performer for the week of November 22-26.
Mr. Gregory averaged 16.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game in a 2-1 week for the Red Flash. This was Mr. Gregory's first NEC Prime Performer recognition, but not his first weekly honor by the league. A sophomore, he was named the NEC Rookie of the Week in 2022, after posting a then-career-high 15 points at Ohio State, a total that he eclipsed twice with his recent performances against Pitt Greensburg and Niagara.
At Steward, Mr. Gregory was a three-year letter winner who served as team captain. During his senior year at Steward, he averaged 22.5 points and 4.0 assists per game. He was also named to the Richmond Times-Dispatch All-Metro second team and to the All-Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools (TCIS) two times in his career. In addition, he was recognized by TCIS as a Most Valuable Player.
