Congratulations to Chase Wingfield ’23, whose sports media content was featured by both SportsCenter and ESPNW. He recently traveled to North Carolina State University to cover collegiate basketball stars Haley and Hanna Cavinder, better known as The Cavinder Twins, who play for the University of Miami. Within just hours of posting, Chase's video had more than 4.1 million views. (The tally now stands at 9.2 million views and counting!) 

Chase, a visual content marketing practicum student for Steward's Marketing and Communications team, will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall and majoring in sports media and analytics. And, he has even more to be proud of: Thanks to his passion for sports media, plus his determination and networking skills, he has already secured an internship with Hokie Sports.
