Donors Needed for the February 18 Blood Drive

The Stewardship Club will host a Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, February 18 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in Steeber Commons (in the Upper School). There is a critical blood shortage, and your help is urgently needed! Make an appointment online by using the sponsor code “TSS” to find the Steward drive. You can also download the Blood Donor app, which helps you manage your appointment. All adults are welcome to participate, as are students who are at least 17 (or 16, with a signed parental consent form). Read information for teen donors. Bonus: All who donate blood through February 28 will receive a $15 e-gift card to a merchant of choice. 

“At Steward, we encourage students to make meaningful connections with each other and the community beyond our campus,” said Upper School Math Teacher Barbara Filler, who sponsors the Stewardship Club. “Our club emphasizes the importance of community outreach. Donating blood is an easy way to make a difference in someone else’s life.”
